Graycliff’s Humidor Churrascaria’s concept has diners saying so long to traditional menus and hello to heaping portions of a variety of delectable meats. The term Churrascaria (pronounced choo-rah-scah-ree-ah) dates back to the early 1800’s in the south of Brazil and refers to a restaurant that specializes in Rodizio- a Brazilian barbecue method of grilling, cutting and serving several varieties of meats such as chicken, pork, beef, lamb and more. With each diner being served unlimited amounts of each kind of meat, there is no traditional menu. The restaurant’s fixed price includes continuous tableside service, unlimited trips to the bountiful buffet and as much Brazilian barbecue as the stomach can hold. The attentive staff simply doesn’t stop serving until satisfied diners say when. Reservations are suggested.Graycliff Culinary Academy
