The Tamarisk Room opens onto a lovely outdoor terrace with spectacular views of Mangrove Bay where dining and dancing is a favorite past-time of guests. The dinner menu changes nightly and consists of at least five courses. There is a wonderful wine cellar offering vintage brands to pair with every course. Dress code for dinner: for men, collared shirts and long trousers or Bermuda shorts with long socks and closed toed shoes are required. Jackets and ties are optional. For women, dresses, skirts, or trousers are required. Jeans and cut-off trousers/shorts are not appropriate.

This poolside restaurant overlooks the beautiful Mangrove Bay. The lunch menu has many choices from breaded calamari rings, Bermudian fish cakes, burgers to oven baked tomato and herb focaccia`s with a semi-sweet chocolate and hazelnut mousse to end with. Cambridge Beaches is a member of The Bermuda Collection, which permits guests to exchange dinner at Cambridge Beaches for dinner at other member properties including The Reefs, Pompano Beach Club and Coco Reefs. On any given night, only a certain number of reservations are available and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. The only cost is transportation by taxi to and from Cambridge Beaches and your beverages (at the participating dining rooms).
Their marina offers water sports equipment and boats for rent, including motor and sail boats, kayaks, snorkel gear and fishing equipment. Scuba gear and instructions can be arranged off property. Their peninsula and nearby small islands offer great exploration. Ask the kitchen for a picnic basket! Snorkelers will be amazed at the quality of ocean life so close to Cambridge Beaches` shores.
