Each unique and stylish, the 12 restaurants and lounges of Fontainebleau Miami Beach are under the direction of Vice President of Culinary, Thomas Connell who previously worked with the Ritz-Carlton brand for 19 years, opening properties in Bali, Shanghai, Tenerife, Palm Beach, Hong Kong and Singapore.
