Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a spectacular blend of Miami’s glamorous golden era and stylish modern luxury. Following a $1 billion renovation, the 22 -acre oceanfront resort features signature restaurants by award-winning chefs; two chic nightlife venues; a two-story, 40,000-square-foot spa, expansive pool scape, a pristine Atlantic Ocean beach and state-of-the- art conference and event facilities. A landmark since its debut in 1954, Fontainebleau Miami Beach has been restored and transformed by a team of renowned architects and designers to create the most dynamic destination resort on the Eastern seaboard.

Note: upon check-in hotel requires a credit card for deposit of incidentals. A charge of $150/day upfront is made. If a client does not have a credit card and chooses to pay with cash, a $600 refundable deposit in addition to the room and tax/day is required. If a client produces a debit card instead, that card must have enough funds in the account to cover their incidentals. Third party credit card authorization available, however, please make sure the application is requested and returned to hotel at least a few days prior to arrival.


Gotham Steak

Alfred Portale, chef and owner of perennial New York City favorite Gotham Bar and Grill, is among the culinary leaders featured at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Gotham Steak, encompasses two-levels with indoor and al fresco dining. Portale’s menu expands beyond modern American steakhouse fare to include fresh seafood, specialty cuts of meat and 500+ wines from around the world. Design highlights include a brilliant chandelier of hand-blown glass, an open exposition kitchen and a two-level, glass-enclosed wine tower. Drawing inspiration from his Italian heritage, extensive background in French technique and admiration for Asian simplicity, Chef Portale’s dishes each have their own architectural design, bringing attention to the colors and textures of the carefully crafted recipe and adding to the dining experience. Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Italian restaurant and celebrity chef Scott Conant’s outpost of his recently opened restaurant of the same name in New York City. The restaurant features ocean and poolside views, a wraparound veranda as well as casual dining areas and a cocktail lounge. A light, airy and sophisticated interior displays a refined nautical palette, with elements that reference mid-century Italian design. The restaurant’s bold architectural features highlight Conant’s regional menu comprised of clean, crisp flavors prepared in layers to reflect the quality of locally sourced ingredients. Known for coaxing the most sublime flavors out of the simplest ingredients, Conant relies on Florida’s bounty of farm-fresh and organic produce to craft menus of surprising complexity. This award-winning restaurant makes its U.S. debut at Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Hakkasan offers diners a diverse menu of New World wines and sake to complement Yau’s inventive Chinese fare. This sleek and contemporary restaurant is located on a fourth floor rooftop that affords guests stunning views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. The name “Hakkasan”: ‘Hakka’ refers to the people from the New Territories of Hong Kong while ‘san’ is the respectful Japanese form of address. Although Hakkasan is rooted in the culinary traditions of China, the restaurant’s philosophy and cuisine is not chained by convention. (Reservations required)

La Côte

Inspired on the Côte d’Azur, La Côte at Fontainebleau Miami Beach is a chic, two-level restaurant situated beach and poolside. The poolside restaurant’s relaxed environment serves simple, accessible fare to those looking to dine casually and in style. Menu highlights include Fruits de la Mer, salads, crudités, char-grilled seafood and meats, all complemented by refreshing desserts. The open-air restaurant on La Côte’s upper level overlooks the pool and ocean and offers guests the flavorful cuisine of the South of France, as well as a lively DJ inspired bar scene with fashionable cocktails and tapas-style snacks.


Capturing the essence of the glamorous history at Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Vida offers guests an energetic yet composed atmosphere. The restaurant caters to guests whether seeking a casual quick meal or a social dining experience. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Vida offers Pan-American cuisine influenced by Florida, California, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, Brazil and the Caribbean. Boasting an exhibition kitchen complete with rotisserie and hearth ovens as well as a sumptuous pastry station with mouthwatering desserts including signature soufflés, Vida inspires a multi-sensorial dining experience.


(Located inside VIDA) For lunch and dinner, experience Blade’s extensive sushi menu at the sushi bar or tableside, featuring dishes of the freshest fish, vegetables and tempura. Blade’s newly minted menu is comprised of dishes strong on traditional Asian flavors as well as modern, creative takes on classic rolls, tartares and carpaccios.


This quick service venue located at the entrance to the pool provides a good selection of American comfort snacks to be eaten in the restaurant or taken to the pool. The menu offers the finest in hot and cold coffee beverages, juices and sodas as well as freshly prepared Gelato and Gelato desserts. For more substantial appetites there are salads, a full range of hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs and pizzas by the slice. Creative, distinctive and sensible packaging makes it possible for guests to grab something quick to take back to their room. The restaurant is open for lunch every day.


The coffee and pastry shop is located adjacent to the lobby and across from the Lobby Lounge. This venue provides a selection of exceptional quality coffees, cappuccinos, espressos, teas and juices. It serves breakfast items in the morning and evolves into a more substantial offering of pastries, cakes, desserts and skillfully prepared signature cakes through the day. The venue also provides a selection of sandwiches and salads. All menu items are available for carry-out and are neatly wrapped in uniquely designed packaging. Open seven days a week.


Two full service bars are centrally located in the pool areas offering a complete selection of beers, cocktail favorites and frozen beverages. A further complement of tailored menus for food service include appetizer platters, crudités, tapas, chilled seafood platters and a petit selection of the Fresh and La Cote menus.

Bleau Bar

The lobby lounge provides late afternoon entertainment as a subtle background. The center bar provides the largest selection of glamorous cocktails from the rich history of the resort’s past as well as eclectic modern spins on the originals. A comprehensive selection of wines by the glass further complements the sophisticated yet energetic atmosphere generated in this space. There is a variety of creative bar snacks presented to guests enjoying their beverages.


Night Life:
  • Miami’s hottest new nightclub, LIV at Fontainebleau Miami Beach offers a high energy, DJ driven atmosphere to see and be seen. With three full-service bars, main room playing a variety of hip hop, house and rock music, private skyboxes and state-of-the-art audio and lighting systems, LIV attracts celebrities and Miami’s local party crowd .
